50s Coyly-Cropped Jacket

This beautiful jacket from the 50's is the perfect marriage of vintage style and functionality. It can work equally well with jeans or as the perfect topper for a more formal dress. The color is a nice warm cocoa brown shade, in a textured nubby fabric with subtle black plaid threads. No content tag, but it's probably a blend of natural and synthetic fibers. The jacket hangs open in the front, with no closures. It features a black velvet collar, bracelet length sleeves and two decorative welts in front, each trimmed with a rhinestone-studded button. The inside is partially lined with taffeta. The label inside reads "A Franklin Original." Estimated size is about a medium, but please check the specific measurements given below. A gorgeous vintage jacket!
