This 70s shirt is a wonderful mix of contradictions. True, it is ruffled down the front and at the cuffs, and yes, that is a polka-dot pattern all over it, but can you really have a crazy party shirt in sober navy blue? It's that refusal to be neatly summed up, as well as its great looks, that makes this shirt special, and for those with fashion flair, it will offer a refreshing new twist on both work or leisure time outfits. It's made from lightweight poly woven fabric. White scalloped edge stitching trims the front and cuff ruffles. Two buttons fasten each cuff. The label inside reads "Judy Bond, size 16."
