70s Prissy-Missy Black Blouse

This top from the 70s is a bit prim but it's versatile black color makes it oh so proper for just about anything in your wardrobe.
Made from a silky, lightweight poly woven fabric, it has a high neckline trimmed with lace. The same lace trims the buttoning cuffs. The sleeves are slightly puffed at the top.
