50s Give-an-Eyeful Eyelet Dress
size M/L
This little number from the 50s is quite the figure flatterer, in a wonderful lightweight fabric for
warmer weather. It's a quintessential sheath style dress; fitted throughout the bodice, defined at the
waistline, and finishing off with a slim, straight skirt. Sheer chiffon fabric provides drama at the shoulders, both front and back, forming an ornate, scalloped square neckline. The dress is made from a gorgeous embroidered eyelet fabric in a medium shade of brown, probably cotton or a cotton blend. This eyelet fabric is backed with a second layer of plain fabric of the same color and content, everywhere except the sleeves. There's a metal zipper and a walking pleat in back. Estimated size is about a medium to large, but please check the specific measurements given below. A classy dress with lots of appeal.
