50s Eloquent-Elegance Silk Dress
size M/L
A lovely dress from the 50s with a very dramatic hourglass silhouette. Made from a delicate, scarf weight cobalt blue silk printed with black bordered purple and hunter green leaves. The dress features a flattering draped and wrapped bodice with 3/4 length sleeves. A wide, cummerbund band brings in the waist, sitting on top a flared skirt. Underneath the outer skirt is a straight skirt with a walking slit in back. This was called a "tunic dress" at the time. The dress is fully lined in taffeta, and has a metal zipper in back. The label inside reads "Neusteters." Estimated size is about a medium to large, but please check the specific measurements given below.
