70s Classy-Lassy Belted Dress

Understated details speak volumes in this never worn 70s dress. Maroon and forest green soft poly meet at an asymetrical seam right above the waist. White piping nicely accents this juncture point. The dress has a boat neckline bordering on cowl, with its subtle draping. The skirt is a swingy accordian pleat. There is elastic under the belt at the waistline and at the sleeve cuffs. Nylon zipper in back. The label inside reads "Toni Todd, size 16." Estimated size is about a large, but please check the specific measurements given below.
