60s Showstopping-Sharkskin Boots
size 9.5
These British made black boots from the later 60s fly past way past basic, and land easily in the category of the best. They certainly are the best we have ever seen in every way, from the quality of their materials and craftsmanship, to the utter coolness of their styling. While some of this is obvious from the pictures, they can't really portray the amazing quality of the leather uppers, which in addition to having a very unusual texture, are also very supple, too. They are made from an exotic leather, most likely Sharkskin, which has the quality of being very tough while still remaining pliant. The boots' styling is understated and sophisticated, with a strap and buckle detail on one side, and zippers on the other. Completely lined in leather, with leather soles and rubber heels. Inside reads "Stuart McGuire, Made in England." None of the writing indicates the size, but we compared them to numerous other pairs of shoes and can state with confidence that they are size 9 1/2. Please check the specific measurements below. An incredible pair of vintage boots!
